Version 1.2.0 expands schedule visibility across your crew and surfaces personnel event status on the schedule.

View Other Crew Schedules

Schedule > Switcher > Crew

Users with View Other Schedules permission can now open another crew member's full schedule directly in the app, without switching to the web.

• Open the schedule switcher and select the Crew tab to see the crew members you are permitted to view, with search to filter by name
• Your own name stays at the top of the list so you can return to your personal schedule at any time
• Selecting a crew member and tapping View loads their schedule and calendar, with their name shown in the header
• Other crew schedules include the same data they see on their own schedule: flights, personnel events, crew assignments, medical due dates, and training due dates
• Other crew schedules are view-only — swipe actions are locked, the create (+) button is hidden, and expanded cards show detail without edit or action controls
• Admins can optionally limit which crew members a user may view via the crew visibility filter on View Other Schedules in Avianis web
  

Personnel Event Status

Schedule > Personnel Event

When Personnel Event Statuses are enabled for your organization, expanding a personnel event card on the schedule now shows that event's status as a read-only label.

• Status appears below the event description on the expanded card when the account setting is on and the event has a status value
• Displayed statuses include Requested, Scheduled, and Verified
• Status is display-only in the mobile app — changing an event's status is done from Avianis web
