Email for Revoked Release

Operations > Operations Settings > Flight Leg Statuses > Released

Receive email notifications when a previously released flight regresses to an unreleased status.

• Configure notification settings on the Released flight status modal
• Choose to notify the Flight Coordinator and/or specific users/groups
• Filter notifications by regulation type (All or Select specific regulations)
• Email includes trip details, previous status, new status, and who made the change
• Flight Status setting modal reorganized with new "Severity Settings" section
  

In order to use this new feature, Operations > Operations Settings > Ops Configuration > 'Change Controls By' must be "Leg Status" 

Time Off Requirements Overhaul

Crew > Regulatory Sets > Time Off

Completely redesigned Time Off configuration for clearer setup and more accurate feasibility calculations.

• All Time Off settings now consolidated within each individual requirement entry
• New configuration options: Days Without Scheduled Events, Hard Day Off Personnel Events, Out of Office Personnel Events, Personnel Event Categories
• Updated column labels: Value → Number of, Type → Days/Hours Off, Frequency → Within, Duration → Days/Quarters
• New helper tooltips explain each setting
• Hard Days Off Per Quarter setting removed from header and migrated to Time Off Requirements table
• Existing configurations automatically migrated to new format

Show or hide cancelled services on International tabs.

• New Show/Hide toggle for cancelled services on Permits, Regulatory, and Security tabs
• Toggle defaults to Hide for cleaner view
• Matches existing functionality on Services tab

• Currency now updates correctly on Opportunities and Quotes
• Logbook entry Day, Night, and Instrument fields now accept values of 1000+ hours
• Quote Configuration permissions can now be disabled without requiring a group
• Schedule Board drag-and-drop now works correctly when "Ability to assign and manage Crew" permission is enabled
