Job Card Updates

Maintenance > Maintenance Settings > MX Configurations

New configuration and automation options for Job Card management and Return to Service workflows.

• New "Auto-complete Job Card on Return to Service" toggle under MX Configurations
• When enabled, Job Cards automatically complete when the aircraft is returned to service, setting Completed and Completed Date without manual intervention
• Supports both Manual and Auto Return to Service modes
• Completed and Completed Date remain editable after auto-completion

Maintenance > CAMP Integration

CAMP inspection items now clear immediately when Return to Service is received.

• Inspections clear as soon as CAMP sends RTS, without waiting for a new Next Due value
• Consistent with how discrepancies already close immediately on RTS
• If CAMP later sends a Next Due value, it is still applied on the next sync

Date Format Updates

Settings > Company Profile / Users > User Profile

Several low-adoption date formats have been removed to simplify configuration and improve consistency.

• The following date formats have been removed:
  
• d/M/yyyy
  
• d/MM/yyyy
  
• d.M.yyyy
  
• d.MM.yyyy
  
• d-M-yyyy
  
• dd-MM-yyyy
  
• yyyy.M.d; and
  
• yyyy/M/d
  
• Profiles previously using removed formats have been automatically migrated to the closest supported format
  

Other Updates

Airports > Airport Finder

Preferred vendor status is now visible to all users in the Airport Finder, regardless of whether they have permission to set preferred vendors.

• All users can now see which vendors are marked as preferred across FBO, Catering, Ground, Hotel, Handlers, Operators, and Maintenance tabs
• Only users with the "Ability to set preferred/approved vendors" permission can change the preferred status

Operations > Trip > Passengers

A new Remove from Trip button allows bulk removal of passengers from multiple legs at once.

• Select one or more contacts and choose which legs to remove them from
• Use the "All Legs" checkbox for quick removal across the entire trip
• Partial removals are processed even if a passenger is not on every selected leg

Connect API

The flight leg services response in the Connect API now includes the associated airport identifiers.

• New fields added to the services array: serviceIcao, serviceIata, and serviceFaa
• Helps distinguish between departure and arrival services of the same type

• Job Card dates now save correctly when using dd.MM.yyyy or dd/MM/yyyy date formats
• Tuvoli integration quote prices now match between email subject lines and PDF attachments
• Tuvoli integration now correctly sends full opportunities after individual quotes have already been sent
• Aircraft Type Assignment modal now displays a single form section instead of duplicating the form
• Inactive Task Types no longer appear in dropdown menus
• Avinode schedule sync now reliably pushes aircraft schedule data for all enabled tails
• Avinode aircraft positioning now accurately reflects the most recent completed flight leg
• Flight logs can now be changed from Engine Run Only back to a regular flight log
