Trip Services: Internal Notes

Scheduling > Trips > Trip Details > Services

A new Internal Notes field is available on all service requests, allowing your team to document information that stays within your organization and is never shared with vendors or external systems.

  • Internal Notes field appears on every service request across all service tabs (Services, Permits, Security, Regulatory, and Planning)
  • Notes save automatically when you leave the field
  • Visible to all users in your organization who have access to the trip
  • Internal Notes are also visible to mobile users (crew)
  • Internal Notes are never sent to vendors, integrations, or external systems
  • A copy button is available when vendor notes are displayed to quickly copy vendor notes into the Internal Notes field.
  • Internal Notes are also visible (read-only) in the mobile app for crew members viewing service requests on the go
Notes
If you have a custom Trip Sheet that you would like Internal Notes to be included, that will need to be a change request submitted to the Avianis Support team.

Access Roles: Filter by Account

Users > User Settings > Access Roles; and
Users > User Search > {User Profile} > Change Access Role (button)

Administrators can now restrict a user's visibility to specific accounts, giving greater control over who can see which customer data across the application.

  • New "Accounts" filter on the Access Role assignment screen (below the existing Users filter) lets administrators assign specific accounts to a user
  • When set to "Selected," users only see accounts, contacts, and leads associated with their permitted accounts
  • Account filtering applies to Accounts Search, Account Details, Contacts Search, and Contact Details
  • Leads permission has been split from Accounts + Contacts into its own standalone permission, allowing independent control over Leads access
  • A purple building icon now appears on the Access Role edit and preview screens to indicate which permissions are filtered by accounts
  • Trip account associations continue to work regardless of account filter settings

eu-LISA Updates

Scheduling > Trips > Trip Details > eu-LISA

Several improvements to the eu-LISA integration to reduce unnecessary submissions and improve visibility when issues arise.

  • Email notifications are now sent to configured eu-LISA recipients when an automatic submission is skipped due to validation errors, including details on which crew or passengers failed and why
  • The Border Crossings field has been removed from the eu-LISA submission modal to reduce confusion, as it is not required by eu-LISA
  • Automated eu-LISA submissions are now skipped for canceled flight legs and legs on inactive trips
eu-LISA Email Notification

Fixes

  • Test environment pages now load correctly for organizations with specific configuration patterns
  • API keys can now be edited successfully from the API Key settings page
  • Contact v1 API endpoint now returns accurate contact data
  • Flight legs can now be deleted from trips without timeout errors
  • Opportunity names now automatically truncate when they exceed the character limit, allowing multi-leg trips to be created without errors
  • Passport records now open correctly in edit mode for all contacts
