Trip Feasibility Auto-Refresh

Operations > Trip Search > {Trip} > Feasibility & Tools; and
Operations > Feasibility Alerts

Trip feasibility is most useful when it stays aligned with the trip you are working on, without asking you to hunt for a refresh control or wonder whether the panel is still showing stale results. This release carries that idea through the feasibility experience: the feasibility search experience is updated, results refresh automatically when feasibility-related inputs change, and organization context is applied more clearly to what you see in trip feasibility. Together, these changes make feasibility feel more responsive and trustworthy during active trip planning and edits.

  • Trip feasibility display — Feasibility reflects new organization contexts including by Leg or by Severity; display selection is maintained from trip-to-trip.
  • Trip feasibility auto-refresh — Feasibility results stay current with an auto-refresh every minute.
  • Automatic refresh on trip changes — Trip feasibility refreshes when underlying trip details change, so you are not left viewing outdated feasibility after edits.
  • Feasibility search (updated interface) — The feasibility search experience is updated on the newer interface.
  • Feasibility search auto-refresh — Feasibility search results stay current as inputs change, without relying on manual refresh.
  • Activity Hub coverage — Activity Hub now processes additional activity models that were previously excluded, so related activity can appear where it was missing before.

New Access Role Permissions

Users > User Settings > Access Roles

Permissions for trip widgets are broken out so you can grant access more precisely to the areas people actually use, including instructions, Staffing Marketplace, notes, and other trip widgets.

  • Instructions — Dedicated permission for Instructions on the trip.
  • Other trip widgets — Permission covering other trip widgets as grouped for access control.
  • Staffing Marketplace — Permission for Staffing Marketplace on the trip.
  • Notes — Permission for Notes on the trip as well as other system pages.

Other Updates

  1. Internal Service Notes Configuration - Operations > Operations Settings option lets you enable or disable Internal Notes on Trip Services. When enabled, internal notes show on services (and on web, can be edited) on the Services tab and International subtabs (Permits, Regulatory, Security). When disabled, they are hidden in web and mobile while existing values remain stored. New organizations default to Yes so current behavior is preserved.
  2. Connect API: TBD on itinerary. Connect API v2 accepts an optional TBD flag on itinerary items when creating trips and legs, and returns it in trip and itinerary responses, so integrations can carry TBD leg state through the API.
  3. Connect API: Opportunity status. Updating an opportunity via Connect API v2 can change status, status reason, and reason identifier. A new lookup endpoint lists active organization status reasons so callers can supply valid reason identifiers when changing status. Standard Connect API pagination applies.
