RefuelEU Program Support
Operations > Flight Log > Fuel Section
New fuel tracking fields support data capture for the European Union's ReFuelEU Aviation regulation, enabling operators to capture planned fuel, safety fuel categories, and exception declarations directly in the flight log.
- New configuration toggle under Operations Settings > FT/BT/Logs to enable or disable the ReFuelEU fields for your organization
- ReFuelEU fields automatically appear on flight logs when the departure airport is on the official EU Union airport list — hidden otherwise
- Planned Fuel section captures Taxi Fuel, Trip Fuel, and Fuel Uplifted at Departure (all in gallons)
- Planned Tanked Quantity for Fuel Safety Rules section captures Contingency Fuel, Destination Alternate Fuel, Final Reserve, Additional Fuel, Discretionary Fuel, Extra Fuel, and Fuel for Other Safety Rules
- Safety Exception declaration with flag, reason dropdown, and notes for documenting when uplift exceeds required fuel
- Tooltips on every new field with clear regulatory definitions
- Existing fuel field labels now include the unit (GAL) for clarity
Mobile app support for ReFuelEU fuel submissions will be following shortly.

- All Related To options on the category setup screen are now sorted alphabetically
- Existing Notes access role permission governs visibility on the Aircraft page

Flight Coordinator Assignment
Aircraft > Personnel Assignment
A new "Flt Coordinator" position is available in the aircraft assignment system, and the system can now automatically assign the Flight Coordinator on new trips based on the aircraft's personnel assignment.
- "Flt Coordinator" is a new selectable position in the aircraft assignment widget alongside PIC, SIC, MX On Call, and other existing positions
- When a trip is created with an aircraft that has a Flight Coordinator assigned, that person is automatically populated as the trip's Flight Coordinator
- Applies to all trip creation paths: quote booking, schedule board, trip creation form, Connect API, and opportunity conversion
- If no Flight Coordinator is assigned to the aircraft, existing fallback behavior applies
- The Flight Coordinator field can always be manually changed after trip creation

Other Updates
Feasibility > Search
Saved Searches are now available on the Feasibility Search screen.
- Save filter configurations with a custom name for quick reuse
- Toggle between saved searches via a dropdown selector
- Share saved searches with other users
- Saved Searches are manageable from the Search management page by permissioned administrators
Crew > Crew Roster
Several enhancements to the Crew Roster filtering and Trip Check experience.
- New option to check crew members against Regulatory Types — when configured, the roster excludes crew who do not have a matching regulatory type for the selected regulatory set
- Trip Check now uses separate Pre Duty and Post Duty hour fields instead of a single combined total duty field, with automatic population from your organization's block planning configuration. This also enables rest violations to return in the Legalities column.
- Search Radius filter now only displays when a location-based filter (Homebase or Transient) is enabled, reducing clutter when not applicable
Connect API
New endpoints for integration partners.
- POST /TravelDocFile — attach a file (PDF, JPG, PNG, or HEIC) to an existing travel document record, with 10MB size limit and malware scanning
- POST /Personnel — create a new user in your organization with username, name, homebase, and optional fields, with full input validation and invite email support
Fixes
- eu-LISA automated submissions now use the travel document saved on the individual flight leg instead of a default passport fallback
- eu-LISA error notification emails now correctly send for EES/ETIAS NOK outcomes and submission failures
- Mobile app flight log submissions now process correctly in all network conditions (resolved intermittent 1003 error)
- CAMP Get Due List no longer deactivates inspection items that were created in Avianis only
- Wyvern integration Logging tab now loads successes and failures for all organization
