New Trip Permissions

Settings > Company Settings > Access Roles > Trips & Operations Mgmt Pages

Three new granular permissions give administrators more control over what users can see and do on the Trip page.

  • Ability to View Sensitive Passenger Information — Controls visibility of passenger PII fields including date of birth, weight, cell phone, email, travel document number, and minor/lap child indicators on the Passenger tab
  • Ability to View Passenger Preferences — Adds a read-only "View Preferences" button on each passenger row, allowing users to view catering, ground transportation, FBO, and other passenger preferences without needing full contact edit access
  • Trip Documents & Emails — Controls whether a user can generate, print, or email trip documents from the Trip page and Flight Log

New Account Access Permissions

Settings > Company Settings > Access Roles > Customers

The Account permissions have been expanded into a granular hierarchy, giving administrators fine-grained control over which parts of an account record each role can access.

  • The existing "Accounts" permission has been renamed to Account Search to reflect its scope — it controls access to the Account Search page
  • New Account Overview permission (nested under Account Search) controls whether a user can open and view an individual account record, including the Overview tab, Messages section, action buttons, and tags
  • New Account Aircraft permission controls visibility of the Aircraft tab on the Account detail page
  • New Account Preferences permission controls visibility of the Preferences tab on the Account detail page
  • New Account Activity permission controls visibility of the Activity tab and all its sub-tabs (Trips, Quotes, Invoices, Deals)
  • New Account Cards/Contracts permission controls visibility of the Cards/Contracts tab on the Account detail page
  • New Account Documents permission controls visibility of the Print/Reports button on the Account detail page
  • When Account Overview is set to None, account preview information on the Trip and Quote create screens is now hidden
  • The account edit button on the Trip page is hidden when Account Overview is set to None
  • All new permissions default their values from the existing Account Search setting — no disruption to current access roles
