New Trip Permissions
Settings > Company Settings > Access Roles > Trips & Operations Mgmt Pages
Three new granular permissions give administrators more control over what users can see and do on the Trip page.
- Ability to View Sensitive Passenger Information — Controls visibility of passenger PII fields including date of birth, weight, cell phone, email, travel document number, and minor/lap child indicators on the Passenger tab
- Ability to View Passenger Preferences — Adds a read-only "View Preferences" button on each passenger row, allowing users to view catering, ground transportation, FBO, and other passenger preferences without needing full contact edit access
- Trip Documents & Emails — Controls whether a user can generate, print, or email trip documents from the Trip page and Flight Log

- New Account Aircraft permission controls visibility of the Aircraft tab on the Account detail page
- New Account Preferences permission controls visibility of the Preferences tab on the Account detail page
- New Account Activity permission controls visibility of the Activity tab and all its sub-tabs (Trips, Quotes, Invoices, Deals)
- New Account Cards/Contracts permission controls visibility of the Cards/Contracts tab on the Account detail page
