New Personnel Event Search

Schedule > Personnel Events Search

A new Personnel Events Search page is now available, giving schedulers and crew administrators a dedicated place to find and manage events across the organization without relying on the calendar.

• Filter sidebar organized into grouped sections: Event, Dates, Locations & Crew, Details, and Status & Eligibility
• Selected filter values display as blue chips for at-a-glance review
• Date filters support Zulu, Local, and Homebase timezone modes
• Save and reload named filter presets to quickly return to common searches
• Sortable, pageable results grid with column chooser and Excel export
• Create and edit personnel events directly from the search page

Cost Code Automation

Finance > Invoices

Cost codes now carry over automatically from master line items and expenses to invoices, reducing manual entry and keeping financial records consistent across the full workflow.

• When a master line item (MLI) on a quote has a cost code, that cost code is automatically applied when the MLI is added to an invoice
• When an expense is added to an invoice, the cost code configured on the expense category is automatically applied to the invoice line item
• The Cost Code field on Expense Categories is now a dropdown populated with your organization's active cost codes
• Cost codes applied automatically can still be changed after being added to an invoice
  

Other Updates

1. The main navigation menu and header bar have been redesigned.
2. Search pages across the application have been updated, improving performance and consistency - an estimated 4-5x faster!
   
1. Search results now use page-based navigation instead of scroll-driven loading, making it easier to track your position in large result sets
   
2. Search queries now run against the primary database, reducing latency and improving result accuracy
   
3. Quick search field now instantly filters as characters are entered (minimum of 3 characters)
   

Fixes

• Passenger sensitive information now displays correctly immediately after adding a passenger to a trip without requiring a page refresh
• eu-LISA submissions now process reliably and submission status correctly reflects on the trip's crew and passenger tabs
• Crew Stats Flight History now loads correctly when All Aircraft is selected
• Tuvoli quotes now correctly honor the Hide Positioning Legs setting when sending from Avianis
• Quote line items now save successfully when no cost code is selected
