Crew Roster: Direct Links to Crew Records
Crew > Crew Roster
Issues surfaced on the Crew Roster now include a direct link to the relevant crew member record so you can take action without navigating away.
- An edit link now appears inline next to Travel Document, Medical, and Training Item issues when expanded in the roster table
- Clicking the link opens the specific record in a new tab — Travel Docs, Crew Info, or Training tab respectively
- Links respect access role permissions — users without User access will not see the edit link
- Issues flagged from a regulatory set do not display an edit link

eu-LISA Submission and Validation Logs
Operations > Integrations > Flight Clearance
Two new tabs on the eu-LISA / Flight Clearance configuration page give operations and support teams direct visibility into submission and validation history without leaving Avianis.
- Submission Records tab displays eu-LISA submission responses, filterable by trip number, leg number, and date range
- Validation Records tab displays per-person validation outcomes with the same filter controls
- Results are scoped to your organization and default to a recent date range on load
- A clear empty state is shown when no records match the applied filters
New eu-LISA submission review tab from settings
Operations > Trips > Feasibility & Tools
eu-LISA submission failures now surface with the same visual urgency as CBP/eAPIS failures on the Feasibility & Tools panel, making it easier to catch and resolve Schengen filing issues before departure.
- When a eu-LISA submission fails, the APIS section icon turns red with a critical alert
- A NOK Submission alert appears under the affected leg's airport so operations can see exactly which leg requires attention
- After a successful resubmission, the critical state clears automatically without requiring a full page refresh
- Existing CBP, eAPIS, and PnrGo alert behavior is unchanged
Connect API: Quote and Opportunity Linking
Partners can now associate quotes and opportunities directly through the Connect API, matching the relationship management already available in the Avianis web application.
- The Opportunity POST and PUT endpoints now accept an optional
QuoteIds array to link one or more quotes to an opportunity - The Opportunity GET endpoints now return a
QuoteIds array listing all quotes currently linked to the opportunity - The Quote POST and PUT endpoints now accept an optional
OpportunityId to link the quote to a single opportunity - The Quote GET endpoints now return an
OpportunityId reflecting the opportunity the quote is linked to - Omitting either field on a write request leaves any existing links unchanged
Connect API: Proposed Rest After for Flight Legs
Flight Leg GET endpoints now include a ProposedRestAfter field, giving partners full visibility into crew rest across both ends of each leg without needing to cross-reference adjacent legs.
- The new
ProposedRestAfter field (decimal) reflects the proposed crew rest period following a leg's arrival ProposedRestAfter is null on the last leg of each trip; the existing ProposedRest field is null on the first leg- Both the paged and single-record flight leg endpoints are updated consistently
Contract Crew Feasibility Check Setting
Operations > Operations Settings > Ops Configurations
A new organization-level setting controls whether feasibility checks run on crew members with a Contract or Dedicated Contract employment type.
- The new Run checks on contract crew toggle is available in Ops Configurations
- When set to Yes (the default), feasibility checks run for all crew as they do today — no change in behavior
- When set to No, crew with a Contract or Dedicated Contract employment type are excluded from all feasibility flags, including Regulatory Time Off, Medical, Training, Travel Documents, and similar checks
- Full-Time and Part-Time crew continue to receive feasibility checks regardless of this setting

Crew Stats: Aircraft Filter Improvements
Users > Crew Stats
The aircraft filter on Flight Summary, Flight History, and Flight Readiness now shows only the aircraft and type ratings relevant to the crew member being viewed, making filters more accurate and easier to navigate.
- Make/Model and Tail Number options are now populated from aircraft the crew member has actually flown, based on flight logs and log book entries across all time
- Type Rating options are limited to ratings saved on the crew member's Crew Info profile where at least one qualifying flight in that type rating exists
- Managed-aircraft access role permissions no longer determine which aircraft appear in the filter
- When no qualifying aircraft exist for a group, a clear "No records found" state is displayed
Only aircraft on which the user has flown appear as filters
Integration Partner Service Creation Permission
Settings > Access Roles
Administrators now have granular control over which users can initiate service requests through integration partners from the Trip page.
- A new Ability to create services through an integration partner permission is available in the Operations section of each access role, nested under Trips & operations mgmt pages
- When set to Yes (the default for roles with full trip access), users can create services through Jetex, UAS, FlightBridge, Fuelerlinx, and Trip Assist as they do today
- When set to No, all integration partner create entry points are hidden across the Services tab, International tabs, and leg header areas on the Trip page
- Manual service creation and Avianis Network / Outside Booking flows are not affected by this permission

Leg Deletion Now Prompts for Itinerary Confirmation
Operations > Trips
Deleting an intermediate flight leg from a multi-leg trip now opens the Commit Changes modal, giving users the opportunity to review and confirm any routing adjustments before they are applied.
- When a deleted leg causes a routing gap — where the following leg's departure airport does not match the previous leg's arrival — the system now prompts for confirmation rather than applying the change silently
- Consistent with how all other leg-change flows handle routing updates
