Personnel events now support a configurable status system, giving your team more visibility and control over the lifecycle of each event.
- Three statuses are now available: Requested, Scheduled, and Verified
- The status system can be enabled or disabled for your organization in Personnel Event Settings
- The Requested status allows teams to queue events for review before they are formally scheduled
- Events set to Verified are locked from further editing, preserving data integrity after final confirmation
- A new Edit Personnel Event Status permission controls which roles are allowed to update event statuses
- Personnel event search now includes a status filter for quickly finding events by their current state
- Event status is now available via the Connect API for third-party integrations

Airbook One: New Integration

Avianis now integrates with Airbook One, a charter aviation marketplace that connects operators with brokers and charter customers worldwide. The integration allows your fleet data, availability, and quoting to flow directly between Avianis and the Airbook One platform.
- Generate and manage a secure API key to authorize Airbook One's access to your fleet and availability data
- Enable or disable the integration at any time without losing your configuration
- A unique webhook identifier connects your Avianis instance to Airbook One for real-time data exchange
- RFQs submitted through Airbook One automatically appear as opportunities in Avianis, keeping your sales pipeline in one place
- Airbook One can pull real-time aircraft schedules and availability directly from Avianis
- Optionally enable auto-booking to automatically confirm quotes and mark the associated opportunity as won when Airbook One books a trip
- Enable instant pricing to allow Airbook One to retrieve quotes based on your configured pricing by specific aircraft
- Configure which Avianis users receive notifications for Airbook One activity

Airport Feasibility Alert Severity Customization

Airport-related feasibility alerts can now be configured with custom severity levels so that your team's operational standards are reflected directly in the feasibility panel.
- Assign Info, Warning, or Critical severity to airport notes and alert conditions
- The feasibility engine now surfaces airport data alerts at your configured severity rather than a system default
- A new Airport Alerts settings page provides centralized control over how airport conditions are classified across your operation
- Allows teams to define precisely which airport conditions warrant a critical stop vs. an informational notice for their fleet

Baldwin Integration Updates

Several enhancements to the Baldwin FRAT integration improve the authentication experience and automate data synchronization between Avianis and Baldwin.
- Users logged into Avianis are now automatically authenticated in Baldwin — no separate login required
- Changes to pilot records and personnel profiles now sync to Baldwin automatically
- A new Sync All Aircraft button allows a full manual push of your fleet data to Baldwin at any time
- Trip number is now included in the flight data sent to Baldwin for improved record matching and reporting
- The Baldwin settings page has been updated with a refreshed interface for easier configuration
- Admins may now select between Risk Score and Risk Range for the threshold values

Other Updates
- Connect API: A new endpoint allows integration partners to create a quote directly from an existing opportunity, enabling faster automated quoting workflows
- Aircraft Settings: The engine type dropdown is now sorted alphabetically for quicker selection when setting up or editing aircraft
- Mobile App Trip Reports: A new setting under Company > Company Settings > Mobile App Settings allows administrators to select exactly which trip reports are available to mobile app users. Only the selected reports will appear in the app's Files section; unselected reports will not display

Fixes
- JetEx chat widget now correctly hides when the option to allow users to create services through external service sources is disabled
- eu-LISA submissions no longer trigger incorrectly for vendor aircraft
- Crew member now displays correctly on the aircraft schedule flight card for logged-in users who are not assigned to the flight
- Inspection item due calculations for Hobbs-based frequency now compute correctly
- Flight leg status updates from FlightBridge for cancelled flights now process correctly
- Connect API v2 trip itinerary now returns correctly when a flight leg has no regulatory rule set assigned
