A new module has been created and includes the following enhancements to the Maintenance area of Avianis.
Job Card Status: Within Maintenance > Configuration a setting has been added to allow for custom status to be created and a default to be set for Job Cards. Once created, the status can then be assigned within the Job Card.
Return to Service Risk: A new field has been added for the user to assign possible risks for RTS extensions based on known factors and operational concerns. This list for this drop-down can be customized within Maintenance > Configuration. For example, if there is a potentially high impact on this item not being completed on time the user could select the option "High" to the Risk Factor.
Note: This module is optional and can only be enabled by contacting our Product Support Team.
In the Job Card detail form next to the Out of Service, Projected Return to Service, and Actual Return to Service fields a label has been added that shows the time zone of the airport selected on the offline event.
Note: The time zones will update if the airport designated within the Job Card is changed.
Users now have the ability to edit the number assigned to new or existing Job Cards.
A validation check has been added that will prevent an already saved Out of Service date from being adjusted should the original date be in the past. The only time a past date can be entered is during the offline event's initial creation.
When the Advanced Maintenance Module feature has been enabled for the account the additional validations will also occur:
If the Maintenance Facility, Vendor, and Maintenance Type/Offline Time are missing the Actual Return to Service date for an offline event it will not save until the missing fields are updated.
The Projected Return to Service date must be greater than or equal to the Actual Return to Service date. If it does not, the Projected Return to Service will need to be updated prior to saving.
If there are open tasks when attempting to input the Actual Return to Service date and time, an error message display stating: Error: All tasks must be completed to return the aircraft to service. A user must have the Maintenance Manager role to complete the task if they are not the user assigned to the task or be assigned to the Group that is assigned to the task.
The following data points can now be added to the respective Schedule Board templates. The templates can be set as company defaults (My Company > Settings > Schedule Board) and/or on the individual user level within the Schedule Board > Settings > Templates tab.
For maintenance offline events, "Tags" can now be listed within the Schedule Board templates. If added it will display all of the tags that are applied to the Job Card(s) for the aircraft.
Maintenance Risk Factor Template
Should a risk factor be listed within an aircraft offline event the data point can be set to display within the Schedule Board templates.
When creating and/or editing a task the following new fields have been added to the form: Start Date, Completed Date, Start Location, End Location, and Vendor.
Airport Data
Primary Contact Data within Flight Data
New API endpoints have been added to be able to assign/remove a crew member from a flight while designating their position on that leg. These endpoints share the same logic that is followed when assigning a crew member directly within Avianis and will only work successfully if they meet the required criteria.
