Application Maintenance and Updates (August 2020)
The following areas of the main application have been updated:

Pet Profiles
Contact records now have the ability to be designated as a pet record to differentiate from a passenger record in the contact database. When a user adds a pet to a trip manifest, it will now designate that it is a pet and not a passenger. Full details on this setting can be found here.

Qualification Item
Took permissions into account to edit a qualification item from the calendar.
Event Description
Added a scroll bar to event descriptions so the edit button is still accessible when the description is long.
Line breaks are now retained when an event description is saved.

Contact Photo
Users can now upload photos to contact profiles.
Account Email
If an account email is entered in between < > symbols, it will now display in the search table.
Record types
The following record types can now be made inactive, even if there are other records that have used it.
-Lead Sources
-Trip Types
-Delay Types
FINANCE
Quote Tab/ Invoice
The quantity in the quote tab of invoices now display the correct quantity instead of the number 1.
OPERATIONS
Copy Trip
When a user copies a trip with crew, the crew will now be copied with the trip.
Flight Log
When a user clicks on the Back To List button when in a flight log, they will now be directed back to the Trip Search page.
International Tab in Trip
When a trip is locked, the international tab is now accessible but not editable.
Crew Assignment
The Add button is now available to add crew to specific legs after adding passengers.
Chalkboard
Once a leg has been logged, the insert and delete buttons are no longer visible on the chalkboard to prevent incorrect leg numbering.
Leg with Expenses
When a user attempts to delete a leg with an expense, a descriptive error will display.
Operations Dashboard
Duplicate flight following cards no longer display on the Operations Dashboard.
A flight leg with multiple Flight Aware flights will merge data into one leg.
MAINTENANCE
Job Card/ Multiple Discrepancies
When a single job card has multiple discrepancies, the Manage button can now be utilized to add new parts or corrective actions.
PERSONNEL
Tag Lookup
Tags can be selected or deselected using the Lookup feature.
