GENERAL 

Notes
An update has been made to the note section within all records. Any user that has access to the record where the note exists has access to edit and remove the note. Full functionality on notes can be found here.

Employee ID
In My Company > Personnel > Employment Tab, an Employee ID field has been added. This field accepts letters, numbers and special characters. It can be used to capture an external ID and is reference only. This field has been added to the Personnel Search page as a display column and filter options for easy search and reporting capabilities as well.

APU Items
An update has been made when connected to 3rd party maintenance providers to automatically set any inspection items that come into Avianis with a profile type APU to inactive when there is no active APU component on the aircraft profile.

Search Page Saved Searches
The team has corrected an issue has been resolved where not all the Saved Searches were displaying in the Manage page.

Scheduling > Calendar
Queries have been updated to improve load times on the Aircraft Schedule when using “My Settings” to display Aircraft Hours, Aircraft Landings, Engine Hours/Cycles, Next Due Hours Landing and Days.

SALES

POS Hide Setting
When Hide Position Legs is enabled in Global Settings > Sales when a quote is created and a leg is designated Position, the leg will now hide properly. 

Flight Time Display
The create quote page and quote record are now displaying the flight time value referring to the ATC Quote Settings.

ATC Setting for Quotes
In Operations > Configuration there is an option to set None for ATC Flight Time Configurations. This feature has been corrected so when set to None and a quote is created it no longer displays a cruise profile and a route. Furthermore, the flight time being generated is based on the Avianis Flight Time Configuration table (Great Circle).

OPERATIONS

Leg Numbering
An update has been made to prevent users from being able to delete multiple legs very quickly within a trip which was resulting in incorrect leg numbering. Clicking has been restricted until the full refresh has completed when editing an itinerary. 

Passenger Count
When a trip is sent to Fuelerlinx it includes the passenger count for fuel tankering purposes. 

Error when Submitting APIS
Corrected an error that occurred when submitting eAPIS with missing Citizenship data in the person’s profile. Citizenship data is pulled from the active travel documents that are used for the eAPIS submission and not from the person’s profile overview tab.

MAINTENANCE

Discrepancy Deferred Until Date
Corrected an issue where, when a user manually changed a Deferred Until Date and then re-selected the Category, the Deferred Until Date would automatically reset. The date will now remain set at the manually changed date.

Inspection Search Page
The search queries have been enhanced to prevent potential timeout from occurring when searching.

CREW RECORDS

Duplicate Training Programs
This bug has been addressed so when creating a program a duplicate is not being created along with it. 

FINANCE 

Line Item Ordering
When an invoice was built from a quote, the line item ordering was intermittently not reflecting the proper order displayed on the quote. This has been corrected, so the ordering displays the same as the quote all the way through to the invoice.
