Overview

Baldwin, established in 2004, specializes in designing and implementing robust safety management systems (SMS) for operations of all scales. They also offer vital business capabilities to sustain, extend, and provide steadfast support for these systems.

The current integration is the first step of integrating Baldwin's capabilities into Avianis.

Integration Features

All trips will be synchronized with Baldwin Realtime. Any time a trip is saved, updated, or deleted, Baldwin's system will be updated accordingly.

Configuration

Authenticate and configure the Baldwin integration to share trip information Realtime.

  1. Reach out to baldwinsupport@portside.co to obtain the following details to configure the Baldwin integration in Avianis
    1. Organization-Id
    2. Username
    3. Password

  2. Go to My Company > Global Settings > Integrations > Baldwin in the main navigation

    1. insert the details provided by Baldwin and click Save

This concludes the Configuration of Baldwin. All trips will be synced going forward to Baldwin.
