Manage your CRM by defining your organization's account types, lead sources, deal stages and deal status reasons.
Account Types
When a new account is created in Avianis, you must specify what type of account it is (ex. Broker, Operator, Charter). There are defaults setup when an account is created but you can customize these to fit your organizational needs. Account types allow for more accurate categorization of the different types of customers you work with.
Go to My Company > Global Settings > CRM > Account Types
Click "Create New"
Enter the applicable information and click "Create"
Deal Stages
Create, edit or delete the organization's custom deal stages. Deal stages are the phases an offer moves throughout the sales process. Order the stages accordingly and assign a probability value in this section. Examples are qualified lead, prospecting, won, lost, etc.
Go to My Company > Global Settings > CRM > Deal Stages
Click "Create New"
Enter the name, order number and probability of the deal stage
Click "Create"
Deal Status Reason
In this section, define the reasons deals are lost or cancelled to assist in sales tracking. When changing a deal status to lost or cancelled, select from the drop down the created customized reason.
My Company > Global Settings > CRM > Deal Status Reasons
Click "Create New"
Enter the deal status reason and click "Create"
Lead Sources
Lead sources can be specified for accounts, leads and opportunities in Avianis. In essence, it allows you to track where your customers are coming in from more effectively in the system (ex. Website, Marketing Campaign, Search Engine, etc.).
My Company > Global Settings > CRM > Lead Sources
Enter the applicable information and click "Create"
