FlightBridge: Coordinating services in a trip

ACCESS FLIGHTBRIDGE

This integration allows users to coordinate services such as catering, ground transportation, and lodging as well as notifying FBO's of the trips arrivals, departures and service needs within Avianis. The integration can be accessed by opening any trip on the schedule and clicking on the Services tab.

Note: Additional information on setting up your FlightBridge account can be found in the article, FlightBridge: Setup. If the Flightbridge area is not present in your account please contact an Avianis support specialists to enable the integration.

BOOKING SERVICES

There are two ways to create a services within FlightBridge. The first option is to open any trip on the schedule and access the Services tab. Once there click on "Add New" and select FlightBridge from the drop down. 



If a service is already present, having been added manually or with Service Automation, click on the drop-down here and select FlightBridge. This will launch the FlightBridge modal within the trip. 


You can then create service for any and all legs of the trip and the services will sync back into the Avianis Services tab. Services offered for booking via the integration are: Rental Car, Ground Transportation, Lodging, Catering, FBO notification, Airlines, Helicopter, Airport Service and Other.

Note: In order to book airlines using the integration the user will need to speak to a FlightBridge representative to enable to setting and may elect for additional training of the FlightBridge service at that time. Please contact support@flightbridge.com to turn the feature on.

MANAGING BOOKING

After bookings are completed they can also be accessed or managed in the Services tab. Once you locate the FlightBridge service that needs to be modified, click on the blue edit button which will open the FlightBridge modal to the service in question. 



When viewing any booked services within the FlightBridge modal, changes can be made by simply clicking on the "Edit" button. All updates and changes made via the integration will then reflect in the Services tab once completed and saved. The status of the service is also visible within the Services tab and reflects the latest status received from FlightBridge.
