Fuelerlinx Integration

Get pricing directly from Fuelerlinx and push for pricing or dispatch for fuel right within a trip within Avianis. Pricing details are then visible on trips sheets and within the mobile app. 

Fuelerlinx Setup 

To setup the Fuelerlinx integration: 
1. Meet prerequisites 
2. Request your Aviains Account Manager to enable the Fuelerlinx module
3. Generate and configure credentials 

(1) Prerequisites

To use the Fuelerlinx integration, the following prerequisites must be met: 
  1. Have an account with Fuelerlinx 

(2) Enable Module 

An administrator for your organization must email Avianis Support to request that the Fuelerlinx module is enabled. This is offered at no additional charge. 

(3) Generate and configure credentials

Be sure to copy the user key secret as it will be shown only one time. 
  1. Access Operations > Operations Integrations > Fuelerlinx

  2. Click the blue add new key button [first time only]
  3. Copy User Key Secret 
  4. Then access Operations > Fuelerlinx 

  5. Log into Fuelerlinx with your Fuelerlinx username and password 
  6. Navigate to the Aircraft tab 
  7. Go to Settings > Integrations 

  8. Select configure for Avianis 
  9. The API key is the Email Login and the Secret is the Password. Paste them into the applicable fields. 
  10. The Service URL and additional API Key is exchanged directly between Fuelerlinx and Avianis. 
  11. Click Check Credentials and Save 

Specific User Authentication 

This is optional. The integration supports users to authenticate their Fuelerlinx credentials to support Fuelerlinx permissions. 
  1. Access the users profile 
  2. Go to the Integration tab
  3. Click Login for Fuelerlinx
  4. Input the Username and Password and Save
