Maintenance Offline Types

Creating various offline types allows an operation to track maintenance events by what type of offline event occurred. This article explains the following

  • Where to create and manage offline types

  • where to add offline types to the job card/offline event


CREATE OFFLINE TYPES

  1. Access Maintenance > Configuration > Offline Types

  2. Click Create New

  3. Enter a name for the Offline Type

  4. Select which Maintenance type it correlates to. Options are: Scheduled, Unscheduled or Both

  5. Enter a Description if applicable

  6. Ensure the Active box is checked (defaults to checked)

  7. Click Create to create and save the new offline type

To edit an already existing offline type, click the Edit button next to the offline type that needs to be modified.

An offline type that is in use on a job card/offline event cannot be deleted rather it needs to be made inactive.

Offline types can be color-coded to reflect accordingly on the Schedule Board. For more information, reference
