Mobile 3.9.6 & 3.9.7 Application Updates (March 2024)

The following updates are a part of the 3.9.6 and 3.9.7 mobile releases in March 2024. 

New Features

  1. Flights that are marked as 'TBD' will display on My Schedule with the date/time indicated in red. 

Updates 

  1. Images attached to expenses will display/save in the correct color scheme as the original image.
  2. Mobile users will get an alert when attempting to save a Flight Log where the OFF time is before the previous legs ON time.
  3. When creating Expenses Payable to a Vendor or FBO/Handler, the selections presented will be limited to those that are associated to the selected airport; however, all vendors will still be searchable.
  4. Fixed the root cause of the 5 most common recurring mobile app errors and crash reports. 
  5. Users will not have to fully login and re-authenticate after closing the app and will only need the passcode or biometrics. 
  6. Addressed part of the issues for Okta SSO users with push notification MFA; however, see alert below.
This release is not expected to fully resolve the issues for Okta SSO users having trouble with push notification MFA, though users may see some improvement in successful logins. The Avianis team is actively working with Okta engineers, as the root cause seems to be stemming from their MFA protocol.
