Report Policy: FAQs

Report Policy: FAQs

Q: What will it cost?

A: $250/hour, before the scope of work is executed, we will provide an estimate for cost. The estimate is what you pay.

Q: How long will it take to get a custom report?
A: The report writer will provide an approximate timeline, for example, 1-2 weeks, 3-4 weeks, etc.

Q: How will I access the library?

A: The team is working on standing up the external library of custom reports. Once ready, it will be in our help center, support.avianis.com. We expect it to be ready in the coming months. Until then if a report is needed, the Product Support team or your Customer Success Manager will assist in locating an ideal standard solution from our internal library.

Q: How do I get a standard report from the external library added to my account?

A: Use the chat feature within the application, contact your Customer Success Manager or send us an email at opsupport@avianis.com. Provide the name of the report.

Q: Can I build my own reports like a quote, trip sheet, client itinerary, flight log, invoice, etc?
A: No, building reports requires the reporting software we use and the capabilities to upload it to the account.

Q: Will any of the current reports in our account change?

A: No, all available reports in your account will remain the same.

Q: Will I be able to continue selecting the data in the search pages and analysis grids?

A: Yes, this policy update does not change current available functionality or available reports.

Q: What about report requests I have already made that are incomplete?

A: Unless we have spoken to you specifically about the cost of a recently submitted report all reports in the queue will be completed at no cost.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please reach out to our team at opsupport@avianis.com or cs@wheelsup.com.
