Tie Training Items to Airports, Aircrafts, Avionics and Accounts

TIE TRAINING ITEMS TO AN AIRPORT

  1. Access the training program to associate the airport with.

  2. Click "Edit" next to the specific training item or "Create New" if it is a new training item.

  3. Enter the Airport(s) in the Airport field that tie to the Training Item and click save.


Notes
NOTE: One or multiple airports can be associated to a training item within a program. If airports are selected, the item will only be checked in the trip/quote snapshot if any of those airports are in the itinerary.

TIE TRAINING ITEMS TO AN AIRCRAFT

  1. Access the training program to associate the aircraft with.

  2. Click "Edit" next to the specific training item or "Create New" if it is a new training item.

  3. Enter the Aircraft in the Aircraft field that ties to the Training Item and click save.

NOTE: One or multiple aircraft can be associated to a training item within a program. If aircraft are selected, the item will only be checked in the trip/quote snapshot if any of those aircraft are in the itinerary.

TIE TRAINING ITEMS TO AVIONICS TYPES

Before Avionics can be tied to a training item they need to be created within the account and attached to an aircraft profile. To create Avionics Types within the account access Aircraft & Vendors > Aircraft Settings > Avionics Types > Create 



Then assign the Avionics Type to the aircraft profile by accessing Aircraft & Vendors > Aircraft Search > Equipment tab and scroll to the bottom of the section and add the type. 


  1. Once the avionics type is successfully mapped to the aircraft, access the training program to associate the avionics type with.
  2. Click "Edit" next to the specific training item or "Create New" if it is a new training item.
  3. Enter the Avionics Type in the Avionics field that tie to the Training Item and select "Save"

NOTE: One or multiple avionics types can be associated to a training item within a program. If avionics types are selected, the item will only be checked in the trip/quote snapshot if any of those avionics types are mapped to the aircraft on the itinerary.

TIE TRAINING ITEMS TO AN ACCOUNT

If the account is not already created in the application, go to Customers > Account Search > Create 



  1. Once the account is created, access the training program to associate the account with.
  2. Click "Edit" next to the specific training item or "Create New" if it is a new training item.
  3. Enter the Account(s) in the Account field that tie to the Training Item and click save.


Notes
NOTE: Selecting an Account(s) will check the crew member's training in the trip feasibility for trips that include those specific selected accounts only.
