Fuelerlinx: Update or cancel a fuel request

Update a Fuel Request

When a change such as a date, quantity, etc. needs to be made on a fuel request, the original fuel request must be cancelled, then the user will need to submit a new request. 

Cancel a Fuel Request

  1. Click on FuelerLinx in the main navigation.

  2. Click on the Transactions tab and then click the drop down menu to show Pending transactions

3. Locate the transaction to cancel in the list, check the box of the transaction and click Cancel at the bottom of the screen

4. Select "Yes" to notify the fueler that the request has been cancelled.
