  1. The schedule will sync every hour with subsequent feeds which are triggered by changes that occur on the schedule, such as a new mx event, trip dates/time changes, etc.
  2. When a new Avinode RQF is received, it is created immediately as an Opportunity in Avianis.

    1. Requester
    2. Contact
    3. Amount
    4. Itinerary
    5. Lead Source = Avinode
    6. External ID  = Avinode TripID
    7. The initial message from the Requestor, if provided, will populate as the Description field.

To Access all requests and create quote follow the below steps:
  1. Navigate to the Deals module.

  2. Avinode requests will automatically be pulled in real-time and show as an Opportunity Deal type and  Avinode Lead Source in the list. Click on the name of the deal to open it.

  3. View the aircraft and itinerary information in the request and click "Add New" in the quote widget on the right side of the page to create a new quote.

4. On the right side of the quote you are able to mark the deal as  Won, Lost or Cancelled (if you mark it as lost or cancelled it will allow you to specify a reason why). You can also go back to the original deal by clicking on the Deal/Opportunity number and create additional quotes.
