User Roles Removed from Settings

This work is a prerequisite to the new user permissions model coming in Q2 2025, but will also allow more flexibility and control to define exactly the users who should have the power to approve/override critical operations thresholds. For all settings listed below, currently they implement a user role selection but following this release will change to a Group and/or individual Personnel selection control.

To maintain that there are no operational changes/impacts as a part of this change, any currently entered user roles will convert to a Group. All users with the designated user role(s) at that time of deployment will be added to a Group that is titled appropriately for the setting. Those Groups may then be edited or swapped for that setting at will. The most important operational note moving forward following this release is...

Alert
Changing Personnel user roles will no longer change who has the power to approve/override. This must now be edited from the Group applied or the setting itself.

Settings changed:
  1. Operations > Settings (tab) > FRAT Items (side-tab) > in the header, indicating FRAT Approval Thresholds
    1. Previously this was only Operations Manager and Chief Pilot user roles that could approve, with no option to edit
    2. The explainer text on the FRAT entry screen has also been adjusted to reflect these changes
  2. Operations > Settings (tab) > Trip Stages / Leg Status (tab) > Trip Stage (side-tab) > [each/every Stage] > General/Warning/Critical Hard Stop overrides
  3. Operations > Settings (tab) > Trip Stages / Leg Status (tab) > Leg Status (side-tab) > [each/every Status] > General/Warning/Critical Hard Stop overrides
  4. Operations > Settings (tab) > Configuration (tab) > Lock Settings
