CASE MANAGEMENT UPDATES

Cases have been expanded to allow operations to customize the data capture requirements for service/safety issues. When creating a case type, for example Maintenance, Weather, or Catering add additional fields to be able to capture required information based on the type. To access these settings proceed to My Company > Global Settings > Case Management > Case Types.

In the example above the case type maintenance will also includes fields such as Subcategory, Issue Aircraft, Issue PIC, Issue SIC, Issue Date and Related Maintenance Job Card.

After a type has been selected when creating a case the additional fields are available for data entry/selection.

ADDITIONAL FLIGHT LEG EVENT TYPES

The following additional flight leg event types are available for selection. Pressurization, Smoke and/or Fumes, Tire Failure, Brake Failure, In-Flight Landing Gear Event, Rejected Takeoff, Fire, Uncontrolled Flight Control Movement, RVSM Altitude Excursion, Bird Strike, Hydraulic System Failure and In-Flight Engine Shutdown or Flame Out.

This allows operations to capture and analyze the number of occurrences through the Flight Leg Event Analysis Grid and other reports.

JOB CARD MAINTENANCE FACILITY SEARCH

A new column and filter has been added to the Job Card search page which allows for the user to include Maintenance Facilities in their search giving high-level visibility to where aircraft are being serviced at. The display column shows the vendor name that is selected for the Maintenance Facility field within the Job Card (or blank if N/A was selected).

BI TABLE UPDATES

  • Flight Data - The following data points were added to the bi.FlightDataAnalysis view: Trip Document Number, and Dispatch Release Number.

  • Services - A new bi view was created called bi.Services which include key data about services tied to flights/trips.

  • Aircraft - The following data points were added to the bi.AircraftAnalysis view: Aircraft Regulatory and Flight Time Calculation (Great Circle or ATC Optimized).

  • Deals - The following data point was added to the bi.DealAnalysis view: Create Date.

  • Personnel - The following data point was added to the bi.Personnel view:

    Crew Position/Title and Email address.


BUG FIXES

  • API GET/connect/v1/contact results missing contacts that do not have accounts associated with them

  • Users can select headers in aircraft select dropdowns (Trip & Quote Detail/ScheduleBoard)

  • Master Line Item - Quantity and Amount fields are not editable as expected

  • Master Line Items Modal - Save button is obstructed when multiple items are listed within the conditions

  • New Engine Wording in Activity Feed

  • Ops Dashboard incorrectly counts pets as passengers

  • Remove the "Send" button on service and international request forms

  • Incorrect error message displays when attempting to save a contact profile without all the required information

  • Unable to update aircraft tail number

  • User role "Personnel Administrator" unable to edit email/username for users

  • Connect V1 ServiceRequest POST and PUT Endpoints not setting vendor

  • Contact/Passengers can be created without a last name

  • Global Settings missing from supported User Roles

  • Jet Card not deducting FET from invoice total when quote line items used

  • Ops Dashboard Configuration allows for 0 Hrs Column, prevents users from adjusting the configuration

  • Leg Time Error occurs when inserting a new leg in the trip

  • Create APIS-Specific Country Lookup Endpoints/Stored Procedure
