2025 August 19 - Web Updates

User Search Updates

We've updated the User > User Search page to make it easier to find the crew with type or make/model qualifications. This included refining the behavior of the existing Type Rating column and adding a new column for Duty Position. 
  1. Type Rating column - Displays Aircraft Type Assignments created for that user with a Type Rating and Type Rating Position, comma separated in format: {type code} ({position})
    1. If the Type Rating is N/A, then it will not display in this column 
    2. If the Type Rating Position is N/A, then it will not display in this column
    3. Is filterable by the left-hand menu
  2. Duty Position column (new!) - Displays Aircraft Type Assignments by each make/model, comma separated in format: {make/model} ({duty position(s)})
    1. Whether the make/model was added automatically with a type rating or selected individually, it will display 
    2. Make/models that do not exist in the managed fleet are not displayed/filtered out
    3. New generalized assignments (e.g. "All Aircraft") will display 
    4. Type Rating Position may be N/A, will only reference the Duty Positions assigned 
    5. Is filterable by the left-hand menu

Access Role Updates

Access Roles will now work seamlessly with the user Active/Inactive toggle, reducing the need for manual updates. When a user is changed to Inactive status...
  1. their Access Role will automatically be removed / change to 'No access role'; and
  2. the 'Change Role' button on the the Access Role widget is not longer shown/accessible. 
Inactive status and removing the Access Role means the user will not be able to login and will hide this user from all areas of the application. Removing a user's Access Role but making them Active means they still cannot login, but they are searchable/usable in the application. Making the user Active again will return/display the 'Change Role' button and the user's Access Role may be reapplied to allow them to login again.

All users that were Inactive at the time of this release have automatically been changed to have 'No access role'.

Connect API Updates

Two existing endpoints were updated and a new endpoint was added:
  1. [New!] GET /connect/v2/lookups/accessRoles - Gets a list of all Access Roles (see image below for response example)
  2. GET /connect/v1/invoice - Added the costCode and the costCodeName in the line item array
  3. GET /connect/v1/invoice/{id} - Added the costCode and the costCodeName in the line item array (see image below for response example)
