A new filter option has been created to replace the Quick Search Filter on the Schedule Board (no worries, use Control+F to quick filter now!). The filter can be found in the upper right-hand corner and will display filter options corresponding to the enabled view(s) on the Schedule Board. Users can now filter their search results by multiple objects instead of one.
For example, leverage the more robust filter option to search for tails within an airport proximity by NM. Once the search is executed the results returned within the schedule will then only return tail numbers that were currently located within X NM of that airport they searched for.
Note: An aircraft will only be returned in the search if its last known location (logged flight leg) is within the NM distance from the airport outlined in the filter.
Quickly add Scheduling Notes to crew profiles from the Schedule Board. Users with the user role 'Scheduling Manager' are able to add/edit Scheduling Notes.
Add Scheduling Notes to the Personnel Event template option to view on the Schedule Board.
When creating a reposition from the Schedule Board Zulu is now an option. Toggle quickly to Zulu or if 'Display Events In' is set to Zulu, then when creating repositions Zulu will default
When right clicking on a flight card and selecting All Qualified, Directly Assigned or Qualified & Directly Assigned the crew that displays are the ones that contain the operator certificate that matches the operator certificate on the tail assigned to the flight leg.
Quickly create multiple events with just a few clicks. The default is a single occurrence, toggle to Multi and add days up to 16, whether consecutive or non-consecutive once saved each multi day event is created. Once created these events stand independently from each other.
Set 'Fit to Card' to yes to have the trip information text fit to the flight card (this is default). Often times users want to see a large spectrum of time so flight cards get condensed. Set the 'Fit to Card' option to No, so the flight card text overflows the flight card.
This feature update provides workflow management for flight leg itinerary changes between Member Services personnel and the Flight Control/Dispatch teams when the flight leg is NOT in the 'Active' leg Status. When a Member Services personnel updates the reservation in Atlas, the change comes through to Avianis. Flight Link Lite sets the itinerary change as a Request. The Flight Control/Dispatch teams can easily see these requests in a number of places such as the Schedule Board, Trip > Overview, Requests tab and the Flight Leg Search page to take action.
Itinerary changes include: departure airport, departure FBO, arrival airport, arrival FBO, preference (depart at/arrive at), scheduled date and scheduled time including TBD
On the Schedule Board, apply the 'Has Pending Requests' to the Flight Leg template to see the message icon, that indicates there are pending requests on the flight leg.
On the Flight Leg Search Page, apply the column 'Pending Requests' to view the same message icon that indicates the flight leg has pending requests. Apply an additional filter to only show flight legs with pending requests to easily monitor all requests.
Within the trip on the Overview a red bar will display when there are pending requests.
Manage the requests in the Requests tab. Toggle to 'Pending', both the previous and current itinerary details will display to easily see the series of itinerary changes. The option to Accept will be visible. If Flight Control/Dispatch must Decline the itinerary change, a manual communication is needed.
Once Accepted, in the 'All' toggle the request will display as Accepted. The Committed status indicates the request has been made and has not been Accepted or Declined and the leg status is Active.
Updates have been made to allow for Change Controls to be set for the Flight Leg Status 'Enroute' and 'Arrived'.
The users will also be able to set "Passenger/Crew Info Update" as a change control option in all applicable leg statuses. In the event, the toggle is set to "Yes" and changes occur on the personnel or contact profiles of individuals assigned to the trip the leg status will revert to "In Review".

Apply a default regulatory set to an aircraft. This allows for automation when a trip is created on the tail the trip regulatory set applies (this will occur when trips sync from Atlas). An additional update made is the regulatory set will now apply to the legs as well. Default Regulatory Sets can be set at the company level, Aircraft and/or Account and that is the order of precedence the automation occurs within.
This update supports the ability to auto-set a different regulatory set on the King Air trips.
Updates to the event create/manage functions have occurred which now prevent non-certificate personnel from creating Duty Time and Hard Day off events. Furthermore, safe guards have been put in place to prevent a personnel from creating Duty Time and Hard Day off events for a crew member when certificates don't match.
This update offers the first phase of the Pulsar integration. The concept of the integration is sending Pulsar the proposed and pre schedule duty assignments from Avianis to Pulsar so they can evaluate the fatigue score.
