Finance Charts & Activity

The Finance Charts & Activity section of the application is designed to give you a high level overview of the financial activity being recorded in the application. For more detailed financial information access the Finance Data Analysis Reports.

1. Select Reports in the menu on the left, then select Finance in the drop down menu that appears. The Finance Charts & Activity will then appear to the right of the menu.

2. Three drop down menus will show a the top of the report. The first menu will allow you to select the type of data returned. Select the data type you would like to look at. 

Data types:

Invoice Summary By Customer - This will summarize the total amount invoiced to customers. It is organized by customer accounts. 

Variable (Trip) Spend By Aircraft Summary - This will summarize operating cost by aircraft on trips. It is organized by individual aircraft.

Spent By Vendor Summary - This will summarize money spent on vendors. It is organized by vendor name. 

Spend By Category Summary - This will summarize money spent on specific cost categories. It is organized by category name.

3. Next select the month and year you would like to view data for. You can view one month at a time or an entire year.

4. Once the steps above have been completed, your report will appear below the drop down menus. For more detailed financial information access the Finance Data Analysis Reports.
