CHECKS WITH ALERT MESSAGES FOR FLEETS

The following are feasibility checks that run similarly for Fleets / Representative Aircraft, but an alternate alert message and severity are displayed.

Airport Performance Checks

  • If the airport runway does not meet Minimum Runway Length on the Fleet Representative Aircraft, then the following is displayed as a blue information message: "Aircraft in this Fleet may not have the runway length performance required for the airports in this itinerary, check will run upon aircraft assignment"

  • If the airport runway does not meet Minimum Runway Width on the Fleet Representative Aircraft, then the following is displayed as a blue information message: "Aircraft in this Fleet may not have the runway width performance required for the airports in this itinerary, check will run upon aircraft assignment"

  • If the airport exceeds the Maximum Airport Elevation on the Fleet Representative Aircraft, then the following is displayed as a blue information message: "Aircraft in this Fleet may not have the airport elevation performance required for the airports in this itinerary, check will run upon aircraft assignment"

  • If the Basic Operating Weight of the Fleet Representative Aircraft exceeds the dual wheel capacity (pavement weight rating) of the airport, then the following is displayed as a blue information message: "Aircraft in this Fleet may not meet the dual wheel capacity required for the airports in this itinerary, check will run upon aircraft assignment"

Flight and Distance Check

If the Flight time/distance exceeds the Fuel Stop Threshold NM or Time (either one or both) of the Fleet Representative Aircraft, then the following is displayed as a blue information message: "Aircraft in this Fleet may not be able to perform this itinerary without a fuel stop, check will run upon aircraft assignment"

Passenger Count Check

If the number of passengers on the flight leg (excluding pets) is greater than the Pax Seating value of the Fleet Representative Aircraft, then the following is displayed as a blue information message: "Aircraft in this Fleet may not have the seating capacity for this itinerary, check will run upon aircraft assignment"

The following are feasibility checks that run exactly the same for Fleets / Representative Aircraft as they do for a My Company Aircraft (Managed Aircraft) assignment and also deliver the same alerts/messaging:

CHECKS THAT DO NOT RUN

The following are feasibility checks that do not run at all for Fleets / Representative Aircraft and will return no alert or messaging, regardless of their status:

  • Dedicated Use

  • Inspection

  • Job Card

  • Discrepancies

  • PIC Required

  • SIC Required

  • Flight Attendant Required

  • Aircraft Scheduling Overlap
