There are three places to manage crew training items within the application.
Go to Users > User Search
Click on the name of the user that needs updating
Go to the training tab
Click the Blue edit (Pencil) button
Click Create New for a new training date.
Enter the applicable information and save
Training types (ex. initial, recurrent, transition, etc) can be customized by the organization. Go to Crew > Crew Settings > Training Types to create
Go to Crew > Training Items Search
Filter by personnel's name to manage their training items
You can do this with the filter on the left, or using the quick search option on the upper right
Follow the steps 4-6 in the previous option to complete
Click on the program you want to access (not the edit pencil)
Click the personnel tab
Click edit next to the personnel that needs updating
