Mobile: Files

The Files page provides a central hub for all documentation, reports, and uploaded files associated with a specific flight.

Accessing the Files Page

You can reach the Files page via the Flight Control page for the flight you are currently managing. The Files page ensures you can access, review, distribute, and manage all necessary reports and supporting documents for your flight without needing to leave the application.

Contents of the Files Page

Flight Reports

The Files page displays a list of all reports that are available to be run for the selected flight, based on its status and configuration.

For each available report, you have several options directly within the mobile application:

  • View: You can tap on the 'eye' icon on a report to view its contents directly on your screen.

  • Download: You can download a copy of the report to your mobile device for offline reference.

  • Email: You can securely email the report to recipients directly from the application.

Trip Documents

The Files page also serves as a document repository, showing any files that have been uploaded for the entire trip or flight by you or your administrators.
