Accessing and Navigating the Flight Control Page
The Flight Control Page is the central hub for managing all operational details of a specific flight. This article explains how to access this page, what counters and statuses you'll see, and what options are available once you are there.
How to Access the Flight Control Page
To access the Flight Control page for a flight, you must have the required Access Role permissions.
- Go to the Schedule page
- Locate the Flight: Find the flight card you wish to access.
- Swipe Left: Swipe the flight card to the left.
- Tap 'More' (•••)
If you do not see the 'More' button, and instead see a red lock icon, this means you do not have permissions to access the Flight Control page.

The upper-right corner of the Flight Control Page provides a crucial Duty Log function. The visibility and color of this button indicate the status of your duty time relative to this flight:
Status & Action
Button Status | Meaning | Action |
(No button) | Flight Log has not yet been completed for this flight. | The Flight Log must be completed before duty may be created. |
Red "Duty" button | Flight log has been saved but no overlapping duty record exists. | Tap the button to open the Create Duty screen. |

Saving Duty Offline
If you create a Duty Log while disconnected from Wi-Fi or
cellular data, the app will automatically save your changes locally so
you don't lose your work. The log will then appear on your
Unsent Page. This means the change has not yet synced to the cloud.
Important Notes on Unsent Duty Logs
- Visibility: Until the log is
successfully sent and synced, it will only be visible on your specific
mobile device (on the Unsent Page).
- Calendar/Schedule: Unsent duty logs will not show up on your mobile app's Calendar or Schedule pages until they are synced.
- Web/Other
Devices: The change will not be visible on the web experience or any
other mobile device until it is sent and processed.
