Web 24.2 Application Update (February 2024)
The following updates are a part of the 24.2 web release in February 2024.
New Features
PNRGo Integration
PNRGo is a 3rd party service provider which facilitates legal communication between a carrier and national authorities. It supports business and charter operators to comply with PNR, API, eu-LISA and sanctions. To learn more about the provided functionality, please see the PNRGo Integration article. ForeFlight Integration Updates
- 'API Key' field will now accept multiple API keys. This supports ForeFlight accounts with sub-org structure or large organizations that may have separate ForeFlight services for separate accounts.
- New setting of 'Disconnected Flight Leg Statuses' allows an admin user to select flight leg statuses where, when the Avianis flight is in those selected leg statuses then flight information changes will not be sent to or received from ForeFlight.
REST Connect API
- Updates to GET connect/v1/flightleg
- Added tripNumber as an optional parameter. Supports multiple values. When provided, startDate & endDate are optional.
- Added opportunityID as an optional parameter as well as a response. Indicates the associated itinerary-type Deal, when applicable.
- New endpoint POST connect/v2/Opportunity - Allows for creation of itinerary-type Deals. Additional in-application updates in subsequent releases will support this process fully.
Other New Features
- Single User Multi Account (SUMA) enabled for all accounts that do not use Okta authentication. This will allow accounts to add new users (Personnel) with an email that may already be used in/by another Avianis account.
- Trip > Feasibility & Tools > APIS section will always display international itinerary legs, even when Avianis does not support eAPIS submissions. This is for greater situational awareness and to support our new customs services integrations.
- Customize the Transient template information displayed on the Schedule Board, though limited to a single line height. May only be edited on a company-level, not available to have an amended view per user.
My Company > Profile > Schedule Board (tab) > Default Event Templates > Transient, edit
Updates
- For Aircraft with flight following and populating OOOI enabled, the Flight Log will save successfully without requiring to edit
- Drag & dropping a flight on the Schedule Board when in DAY view will move the flight to that day where dropped at the exact same time of day it was on the previously assigned day
- Passports can be successfully saved with Taiwan (Province of China) (TWN) as the Country Code
- Any/all Service Templates or Tasks with the condition of a Country will create successfully, when applicable
- Single pilot aircraft will no longer consider/show alternate night currency in feasibility checks
- Trip Calculator will show the correct arrival/departure time based on the FT
- Passengers sent to ForeFlight with Weight of '0' will use the ForeFlight standard weights for W&B
- When logging in web in Local, the TZ conversions for OUT and IN are accurate
- Fixed several errors and sending issues around FlightBridge
- Overall application performance improvements
