Avianis updates on a regular bi-weekly schedule; however, there may be additional releases as needed and release notes are only issued for new features or significant changes.
Feasibility Updates
When the Trip Feasibility flags with a warning/yellow or a critical/red message, it should be only for when something needs to be addressed. Unconfirmed services will flag as a warning/yellow in all cases - but now this is configurable and will apply to both manual services as well as services created through our integration partners! These configurations are available for both the Flight Leg Statuses and the Trip Stages. Depending on the saved configuration under Operations Settings > Ops Configuration for the Change Controls By setting.
A new setting, Service Severity, has been added to the Flight Leg Status and Trip Stage configuration modals (under Operations Settings). When the setting for Change Controls By is set to Trip Stage, only Trip Stages will display the Service Severity option. When it is set to Flight Leg Status, only Flight Leg Statuses will display the Service Severity option. There are four configuration options: N/A (no message), Info/blue, Warning/yellow, and Critical/red. For example, a status such as Filed could remain at Warning, while Ready for Release could be set to Critical, so that any unconfirmed services trigger a red alert.
Please note the following exceptions. The Flight Leg Status Active is not configurable and will continue to flag all services with a yellow warning. In addition, the Flight Leg Statuses Verified and Cancelled do not offer a Service Severity option. Services in either of these statuses will not trigger a feasibility flag.

Tuvoli Updates
Following our launch of the Tuvoli partnership a few weeks ago, we continue to expand what we offer through the integration.
- Send revisions of the same quote(s) that have already been sent with Tuvoli through either the Quote page or Opportunity*! Revisions will appear in the Tuvoli widget with the updated information and the revision number.
- When the Tuvoli module is enabled, there is a new column on the Quote Search page - Tuvoli Status. The column will display the latest/last sent revision Tuvoli Checkout status. This way is it easy to filter and find Quotes that may be ready for further action.
- The Aircraft and the Quote Total have been added as data on the Tuvoli widget entries for awareness of what has been sent vs any edits that may have been made to the Quote since after sending.
- The CC and BCC values on the Quote and Opportunity Email Template will automatically populate in the Tuvoli message modal, respectfully, the same as the Subject and Body.
*Sending revisions through the Opportunity will send individual emails for each Active Quote attached. It will not send them as a single email/batch like the initial send.

Opportunity Update
We've added the Status column to the Quotes widget on the Opportunity! (This is the same column already displayed on the Opportunity widget on the Quote.) This is a faster way to know the progress of each attached Quote and what will send when using the Quote Summary reports and/or the Tuvoli multi-option checkout.
Quotes with 'Expired' status may still be Active or Draft, it just means they are out of date. If a Quote is Expired but also still Active, it will send on the reports/Tuvoli.

FRAT Updates
There is now the ability to completely disable FRATs within Avianis. If your organization uses an alternative safety software for FRATs and would like to hide all the FRAT controls within Avianis, simply contact your account manager to have them removed.
