New Contract Options

1. New setting: "Apply only greatest Daily or Flight Minimum" with Yes/No toggle.
   
1. Defaults to 'No' to keep existing behavior. 
   
2. If 'No', if the Minimum Daily Average Hours, Minimum Daily Hours, or Minimum Flight Hours are set in the contract and are applicable to the quote, all will apply. 
3. If 'Yes', only the highest monetary line item between the Minimum Daily Average Hours, Minimum Daily Hours, and Minimum Flight Hours will be added to the Quote.
   
4. Note: Regardless of this setting, the Short Leg Fee and Flight Minimum Price will still always be used for all legs (if applicable).
   
2. Previously titled "Daily Minimum" is now "Minimum Average Daily Hours", but the function has not changed. 
3. New field: "Minimum Daily Hours"
   
1. Defaults to "0" and when saved as "0" will not be used in this contract or applied to a quote.
   
2. If the sum of all flight hours per each day between the leg 1 departure to the last leg arrival (including days without flights) is less that this value, a line item will be added to meet this minimum.
   
3. The line item will use the contract Hourly Rate or a custom rate, as selected for the "Daily Minimum Rate" setting 
4. Note: When Calculation Method = Block Hours, it will use block hrs but all other selections will use flight time.
   
4. New field: "Minimum Flight Hours"
   
1. Defaults to "0" and when saved as "0" will not be used in this contract or applied to a quote.
   
2. If the total flight hours for each flight on the quote does not meet this value, a line item will be added to meet this minimum.
   
3. The line item will always use the contract Hourly Rate.

3. If 'Yes', the Minimum Flight Hours and the Minimum Flight Price will apply only to flights marked as "PAX"/passenger legs. 
3. Previously titled "Short Leg Minimum" is now "Short Leg Minimum Hours", but the function has not changed. 
   
4. A blue info icon has been added to many fields with additional text explaining how in works / is used for a quote.

POST/PUT Quote in Connect API

1. POST /connect/v2/quotes 
   
2. PUT /connect/v2/quotes/{id}
   

1. Must use ICAO airport identifiers
   
2. If a line item is not resent as a part of the PUT call, it will be considered deleted 
   
3. If an id is null for a flight or a line item, it will consider it a new flight or item
