OPERATIONS
Leg Status Updates
General Roles that can change the leg status allows for more specific set up as to which user roles can change each specific leg status. This feature can be configured on a per-leg status basis. Full details on how this works can be found here.
Additional Trip Positions
There are 2 new trip positions within a trip, Flight Planner and Operations Rep. Any users with the Sales and Scheduling Agent role will appear as a selection in the trip position drop down box, similar to as they do for the position of Flight Coordinator. Additionally, these new positions can also be assigned trip tasks. More information can be found here.
Hangar Service Type
Hangar has been added to the list of available services within a trip services and when creating Service Automation templates. Users can document when they request/require a hanger for the aircraft. Additional information can be found here
CREW RECORDS
Training Item Stages
Training stages allow each operation the ability to configure and manage a multi-step process for entering, verifying and approving crew training dates. This feature provides the flexibility to configure who can add and edit training dates until the training item is verified and allows for the history to be locked. SALES
Currency Exchange Check in Quotes
Users have the ability to preserve the current exchange rate on a quote when changes are made, even if a new exchange rate exists. The user will have the option to keep the current exchange rate or update the quoted amount using the new rate(s). Full details can be found here
