International Planning Tab

This article will cover:

  • The location of Handling, Permits, Regulatory and Security request types within the International Planning tab of a trip;

  • How to create a new International Planning request within the International Planning tab.

Create International Planning Request

Handling, Permits, Regulatory and Security request types are located within the International Planning tab in the main tab strip of the trip. Each request type shows essential information without having to click into the item. The trip feasibility will display any of these international requests that have not been satisfied.

1. Click on International > Select Permits, Regulatory, or Security

2. Click Add New > Manual (if you have international trip planning integration, providers such as JetEx or UAS, will be included in the dropdown)

3. Fill in the appropriate information for the request and select the status. The status will update the trip feasibility as requests are satisfied. When complete click save.

4. Requests display by leg, providing a high level overview of the essential information of the handling arrangement.
