Canadian Crew Rest (CAR 700)
Canadian Crew Rest Feasibility Checks
Feasibility checks have been implemented in Avianis with criteria based on the Canadian Aviation Regulation (CAR) crew rest requirements (in chapter 700); however, they are not to be considered comprehensive (see omitted passages in the documentation below) and should not be relied upon as the only means of ensuring compliance. It is always the sole responsibility of the air operator to comply with all applicable regulations.
It is recommended before use of the Canadian Crew Rest Feasibility Checks in Avianis to review this document in its entirety, including the definitions. This is the best way to ensure that the expectations and requirements for these checks to be run successfully are met.
