Mobile: Calendar

The Calendar page in the mobile app provides a high-level overview of your schedule, allowing you to quickly see all major events in one place. Think of it as your monthly snapshot. From here, you can navigate to the Schedule page for more detailed information.

Calendar Access

In order to be able to login and view the Calendar page, a user must have Access Role permissions

What's on the Calendar

The Calendar displays several types of critical information:

Flights

Trips you are currently crewed on* will display as a blue box on the date.
  1. Display:
    1. Shown as a single blue box on a date.
    2. Contains the airport identifiers for each/all flights on a given day. "{departure} > {arrival}", where the airports are not duplicated on a continuous schedule.
    3. If there are more than 3 flights (or more than 4 airports) on a day, there will be an ellipses ("..."). at which point to see the additional flights/airports you'll need to go to the Schedule page to see more information.
    4. Shows flights on either the day of the Local departure or the day of the Zulu time departure, based on each user's Settings
  2. Visibility Rules: Only flights on Trips that are NOT locked and NOT in 'Pending' status will appear. If a Trip is locked or pending, those flights will not display on the Calendar or Schedule page of the mobile app.
