Mobile: Schedule

The Schedule page in the mobile app is a more detailed view of your schedule, allowing you to access operational data about events assigned to you.

Schedule Access

In order to be able to login and view the Calendar page, a user must have Access Role permissions

Getting to the Schedule page

There are two quick ways to navigate to the Schedule Page:
  1. Use the Main Menu: Tap the Menu button (represented by three horizontal lines or a "hamburger" icon) in the upper left and select Schedule. The page will open to the current day.
  2. Drill down from the Calendar page: From the Calendar, simply tap on any specific day within the display. This will instantly take you to the detailed Schedule for that selected day.

Navigating the Schedule

The Schedule page is designed for fluid movement between days and weeks:
  1. View Specific Day Details: You can vertically scroll through the entire day's schedule content (flights, events, and reminders) from top to bottom.
  2. View an Entire Week: A full week from Sunday to Saturday is in one continuous scrollable area.
  3. Switch Between Days: At the top of the Schedule Page, you'll see a row of dates. Tap on any date to jump to that scroll position.
  4. Switch Between Weeks: To jump to the previous or next week, simply swipe the day selector area horizontally until the new week is in view and then tap that day.

What's on the Schedule

The Schedule page has all the same information as the Calendar page, but in more detail.
  1. Flights
  2. Personnel Events
  3. Due Date Reminders (Medical and Training)
  4. Crew Assignments
With the exception of Crew Assignments, all items are displayed using customizable cards that contain essential information. All cards for a given day are organized based on the left-hand time bar.

Personnel Event Cards

Personnel Events are color-coded to correspond with their Event Type and have a label on the right side (the same colors and abbreviations used on the Calendar page). All Personnel Event Type cards share a consistent format in both the collapsed and expanded states.

Collapsed Personnel Event Card View

This view provides the essential timeline information at a glance:
  1. Start Time (in both Local and Zulu time)
  2. Start Airport (if provided)
  3. End Time (in both Local and Zulu time)
  4. End Airport (if provided)
  5. Duration (in "{x}h {x}min" format)

Expanded Personnel Event Card View

Tapping the card expands it to reveal additional details for the event:
  1. Location (if provided)
  2. Aircraft (if provided)
  3. Subject (if provided)
  4. Description (if provided)
  5. List of Personnel

Notes
If any of these expanded fields have no information available, the card will display "None" in that field.

Managing Personnel Events

You can create and edit Personnel Events directly from the Schedule Page:
  1. Editing: Swipe left on a Personnel Event card to reveal the control. Then, press the Edit button. If you do not have permission to edit the event, a red lock icon will be shown instead of the Edit button.
  2. Creating: If you have the necessary permissions, you can create a new event by tapping the Plus Sign icon ("+") at the top of the screen. (A separate help article details the specific permissions required for creating Personnel Events).

Flight Cards

Fight Cards are the most detailed element of the Schedule Page. Like Personnel Events, they have both collapsed and expanded states. The same display rules for the Calendar page also apply to the Schedule page:
  1. Flights show on either the day of the Local departure or the day of the Zulu time departure, based on each user's Settings.
  2. Only flights on Trips that are NOT locked and NOT in 'Pending' status will appear. If a Trip is locked or pending, those flights will not display

Collapsed Flight Card View

This state offers critical operational details and status indicators:
  1. Tail Number
  2. Position (e.g., PIC)
  3. Trip Number - Leg Number
  4. Departure Information: Airport Identifier, City, State/Province or Country
  5. Arrival Information: Airport Identifier, City, State/Province or Country
  6. Arrow with Estimated Time En Route (ETE) in decimal hours
  7. Departure Time (Local and Zulu) and Arrival Time (Local and Zulu)
Notes
Times displayed are the Scheduled departure/arrival until the flight is Logged. After logging, the times switch to display Out Time and In Time (reflecting block time).

Status Indicators (Stoplight System)

The collapsed card uses color-coded icons for various status updates:
  1. Acknowledgment Status:
    1. Green Checkmark + "Ack'd": You have acknowledged the flight.
    2. Red Icon + "Req Ack": The flight requires your acknowledgment.
    3. Gray Icon: Acknowledgment is not required for this flight.
  2. Release Status: (Based on the flight leg status field)
    1. Red Icon + "No Release": The flight is in a leg status is before "Released."
    2. Green Checkmark + "Released": The flight leg status is "Released" or any leg status following it.
  3. Log Status:
    1. Red Icon + "No Log": The flight has not been logged.
    2. Yellow Icon + "Partial": Some log information has been saved.
    3. Green Checkmark + "Logged": The log is completed and saved.
  4. Passenger Indication:
    1. Empty Leg Icon (Person with a small 'x'): The flight is designated as an empty leg.
    2. Group of People Icon + Number: Shows the total number of passengers. If the flight is marked as non-empty but has no passengers, it will show a count of zero.

Expanded Flight Card View

Tapping the card expands it to reveal additional operational contacts and details:
  1. Feasibility Indication: Displays the overall feasibility status - e.g., Critical (red), Warning (yellow), Good (green), Informational (blue). Tapping this label will take you directly to the Flight Feasibility Page for investigation. (See the separate Feasibility article for more details).

  7. FBO Comments: Any additional comments added to the FBO will show if provided.

Flight Card Controls (Swipe Left)

Swiping left on a Flight Card reveals three critical action buttons:
  1. Acknowledge: A quick action button to change your acknowledgment status on the collapsed card.
    1. Can Acknowledge: When the flight is not acknowledged and can be, this will show a green check icon and may be tapped.
    2. Acknowledged: When a flight is already acknowledged, it will display a grey icon and tapping with have no action.
  2. Flight Log: A quick button to go directly to the Flight Log.
  3. More: This button takes you to the comprehensive Flight Control page.

Due Date Reminder Cards

The schedule displays critical reminders for expiring documentation: Medical Cards and Training Due Cards. These cards are not expandable or swipable; all information is immediately visible. Information includes the following.
  1. Medical Due: Type, Class, and Next Due Date
  2. Training Due: Qualification Program, Next Due Date, and Grace End Date (if applicable)

Crew Assignment Icons

Crew assignments are displayed simply on the left-hand bar, beneath the date. They show up as a plane icon next to the tail number and your position. If there are multiple overlapping assignments, the display will list the involved tail numbers and positions to reflect the overlap (e.g., both tail numbers and the position, or one tail number and multiple positions).
