The functions of all data entry points within the Aircraft Profile tab
Go to: My Company > Aircraft > [select aircraft] > Profile tab.
An aircraft may be associated with one or any number of Accounts, e.g. the aircraft owner. This will allow for quick linking of Quotes, Trips, and other associated data. If one account is associated with the aircraft, when building a trip for that account, the system will auto-select the tail number associated. If there is more than one account associated with an aircraft, the auto-selection function is not available.
Note: See this article on how to add an Account.
If the Aircraft page was created using a Standard Type Profile, the Pax Seating, Crew Seating, and Belted Lav Seat will auto-populate with the numbers for the most common configuration of that make/model. These numbers should be reviewed and/or edited to be correct for the specific aircraft tail. This information will flag on the Trip Feasibility in the Aircraft section if it is exceeded by passenger count for a Trip.
Pets allowed is a Yes/No toggle. If toggled to No, Pet Restrictions is hidden. When toggled to Yes, an additional field populates called Pet Restrictions. Enter the Pet Types ALLOWED on this aircraft. Any not included in this field will display a flag in the trip's feasibility.
Baseline Landings and Baseline Hobbs Meter values should be added before the first logged trip or maintenance event for an aircraft in Avianis to ensure correct tracking within the system. Once flight and maintenance events are logged, the overall log (Current Time) for these aircraft values will equal the Baseline numbers shown on the Profile tab plus all logged Trips for the aircraft. The Baseline numbers (blue) on the Profile tab will not change as flight events are logged and should not be edited once flights are being logged to maintain correct totals.
