TSA: Passenger Data Template

The TSA Passenger Data Template is available at the leg level to access and export the pertinent data in the required TSA format for import into Secure Flight. The file format to upload is xls.

  1. To access go to a trip

  2. Click on the Print icon

  3. Select International/Customs Forms

  4. Click on TSA Secure Flight. The report will automatically download to your device.

Here is the list of data points and where they pull from within the application along with an example of the report.

Tab 1: Flight(s)

  • Flight Number – Trip number and leg number

  • Departure Airport – Departure airport IATA code - City - State

  • Departure Date – Scheduled departure date (local)

  • Departure Time - Scheduled departure time (local)

  • Arrival Airport – Arrival airport IATA code - City - State

  • Arrival Date - Scheduled arrival date (local)

  • Arrival Time - Scheduled arrival time (local)

  • Overflight – BLANK

Note: When an airport does not contain an IATA in the Avianis Airport Database the Airport field will remain blank and a dropdown selection will be available to select from. The drop down is the TSA IATA list.

Tab 2: Passenger Data (no pets or crew)

  • Last Name – Passenger last name

  • First Name – Passenger first name

  • Middle Name – Passenger middle name

  • Gender – Passenger gender

  • Birth Date – Passenger date of birth

  • ID Doc Type - BLANK

  • ID Doc Number - BLANK

  • ID Doc Country - BLANK

  • ID Doc Expiry - BLANK

  • Redress Number - BLANK

  • Verified Indicator - BLANK
