Case Notes
Note Categories have been updated to include an option to relate the category to Cases. Additionally, a Notes widget has been added to the side bar in the Case detail page.
Case Assignment Notifications
When a case is created, there is now an option to notify the individual or group that is assigned to the Case about the details via email. The default for new cases that are created is set to On. In the Case detail page, there is also a button the user can click to send the notification on demand once they have made updates to the case.
For more information on Cases refer to the article Case Management.
The Operations Dashboard has had multiple updates to help improve the user experience.
Remove Cancelled Flights
Legs that were marked with a Cancelled leg status are no longer being displayed on the Ops Dashboard and the Cancelled status has been removed from the legend.
Empty Leg Indication/Filter
Flights that are marked as Empty now have an icon on the card indicating they are empty which matches the icon we use elsewhere in the application for this. In addition, user can now exclude empty flights from their view.
Fleet Information
If an aircraft is tied to a Fleet, it will show the Fleet Name under the routing on the flight card. The quick filters at the top of the Ops Dashboard will also filter based on these fleet names.
Column Background
Instead of each column being separated by a white line, we have updated the entire background for the cards to gray.
Warning/Critical Messages Filters
The quick filters on the top of the Ops Dashboard will now filter based on the warning and critical messages on the cards.
Additional Resource Selections
The resource selections at the top of the Ops Dashboard now include filtering by Model, Category and Fleet, in addition to Tail. The headers of each section of the drop down list the number of options there are in that section.
Refer to the article Operations: Dashboard for an in-depth look at the dashboard.
Vendor Timeline Section
A new timeline section has been added to the Schedule Board for Vendor aircraft. Vendor aircraft will no longer display under the Aircraft timeline view. The Filters have been updated to include the option to enable/disable the Vendor timeline, as well as, a Vendors tab allowing the user to customize the Vendor timeline view. The Settings have also been updated to include an Information Display Template for the Vendor information cards.
Event Length Fixed and Transient Info Disabled
An additional selection has been added to Schedule Board>Filters>Templates tab allowing the user to set the Show Event Length By to Fixed. When the Show Event Length By is in Text or Fixed mode an update has been made to disable Transient Availability. If selected, an info message will display to let the user know the transient information will be disabled if this view is saved.
Additionally, the Include Transient setting has been updated to display an alert when the Show Event Length By is set to Text or Fixed notifying the user why the setting is disabled.
Expanding and Collapsing Timeline Sections
The timeline sections have been updated to allow the user to expand or collapse each individual timeline view. New icons are available on the header of each section, "-“ is available to collapse the section and “+” is available to expand the section. When a section is collapsed the Schedule Board will adjust the other sections to fill the screen. All sections are expanded by default.
Show Only Aircraft with Flights Scheduled
A new setting is available in Schedule Board > Filters > Aircraft (tab) titled Show Only Aircraft with Flights Scheduled. When this setting is toggled to Yes, many of the filters will disappear and the Aircraft timeline section will update to only display aircraft if they have a schedule trip during the date range selected by the user.
Removal of Beta Tag
The beta tag that was previously displayed after Schedule Board on the main navigation has been removed.
No Refresh When Modal Launched
When a modal is open on the schedule board the auto-refresh is now disabled until the modal is closed or saved. Once closed or saved the 2 minute auto-refresh will re-enable.
Modals include:
Trip Summary
Create Trip or Quote
Create Event
Edit Event
Aircraft Profile Preview
Crew Profile Preview
Search Filters
Save Filters
Settings
Add Availability
Timeline Section Name Change to Fleets
What was previously called the Trips section is now titled Fleets to keep a consistent naming convention standard to the other sections.
Today to the Minute
Updates have been made so when a user accesses the Schedule Board it will automatically load and scroll to where the current time line is (red line indicator). This does not apply when the saved view has a Custom date range selected.
Account Settings Name Change
The tabs under My Company > Profile for the high level settings of the Schedule Board have been updated to read “Schedule Board” with the sub-tabs of Default Event Templates and Event Type Colors.
Template Fields Alphabetical
The drop-down list of “Select Field to Add” in the various templates available for the Schedule Board have been updated to list the options in alphabetical order.
Standardizing and Clarifying Terminology
The terminology when pressing the green + button on the Schedule Board has been updated to maintain consistency across the application. It now states Create Event and Create Crew Availability.
Crew Availability Icons
The right click menu icons in the Crew timeline section when Availability is selected previously displayed checkboxes. These icons have been updated to eliminate confusion for which menu options were selected.

Widgets
When a trip record is accessed and there are no entries in the right-hand widgets, the page will load with the widgets collapsed by default.
Upload File Button
An “Upload File” button has been added to the Files widget so that, even when the widget is collapsed, the user is able to upload a file without needing to expand the widget.
Message Box
The message box that appears below the main left-hand tabbed section of the Trip will now stay directly below that section, regardless of the state of the widgets on the right-hand side. Previously, this would align with the Activity Feed widget.
