Create a User
1. Go to Users > User Search
2. Click Create
3. Select the correct user license. If crewmember only select the Flight Crew License.
4. Input the user's email address, first name, last name and select homebase airport.
It must be a valid email if user is required to set password and log into Avianis.
De-select the Send Email Invitation if not ready to invite the crew member at time of setup. If email is not valid the email will bounce.
Apply an Access Role
Avianis provides a variety of System Default Access Roles, such as Account Admin, Crew Member, Maintenance Manager, Maintenance User, Operations Manager, Operations User, Sales Manager and Sales User. The defaults can be reviewed by going to Users > User Settings > Access Roles. The System defaults are not editable and the details to the Access for each Role can be reviewed by clicking View.
If the System Default setup is not optimal you have the option to Create an Access Role - see below for details on how.
One access role can be selected per user.
1. To apply an existing Access Role click 'Change Role' within the User Access widget.
2. Select an option from the Access Role drop-down. Once an option is selected all application areas will preview at the bottom showing the various access levels assigned for the role selected.
2. Filters can be applied to limit access to specific tails and/or personnel throughout areas of the application.
The areas are limited at this time, but will be expanding throughout 2025.
3. Click Save
